      What is a maintenance work request?

      A maintenance work request is required for any damage/blockage to the roadway that must be attended to or repaired. This might include damage to a light pole, a pothole, vandalism, debris, etc. Work requests can be created manually by a user.

      Accounts that have access to the maintenance workflow will have a “Work Requests” section available in the right-side layers panel.

      The maintenance flow will cover the basic needs of roadway maintenance crews while they work together with different agencies. The flow will detail the management of work requests, the assignment of a request to a relevant user, and the connection between a request and a sub-request that is needed to complete the work.
