What are Traffic Disruption statuses?

All traffic disruptions in the system require completion. This will be determined based on the status of the traffic disruption.

The status of any one of the traffic disruptions is based on the start and end times that have been defined. A traffic disruption can have one of three statuses:

  • Planned: The activity is scheduled but has not yet begun, based on the start time.
  • Active: The activity is between the defined start and end times.
  • Complete: The activity is past the defined end time.

Traffic disruptions that reach their defined end times will automatically move to the completed tab and no longer appear on the live map. However, if a completed road closure or construction end time is updated to a future time - the event will be moved from the "Completed" tab to the "In Progress" tab.

All traffic disruptions in the system require completion. This will be determined based on the status of the traffic disruption.

Note: Traffic disruptions will only appear in the list and on the live map if they are active or if their planned activity is set to occur within the next two hours.
