If you want to start a work request as a driver, you will want to click on the work request assigned to you.
If the work request is assigned, click on the card and then on “start”
If the work request is unassigned, then click on the card, then assign the work request to a user. Once the work request has been assigned, go ahead and “start” the work request when ready.
Note: Starting a work request will automatically log the start time as arrival time
Work Request Status
The status of any one work request is based on the reporting of work requests for users. A work request can have one of three statuses:
- Inactive: The activity hasn’t been started by a maintenance user yet.
Active: The activity has been marked as started by a maintenance worker.
Complete: The activity has been completed manually by a user and moved to the “completed” tab
