      How are incidents populated on the platform?

      Incidents can be created through several processes:

      1. Manually by a user.
        These incidents are automatically confirmed.
      2. Through a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
        These incidents need to be confirmed/rejected by a user.
      3. From the platform itself using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
        These incidents need to be confirmed/rejected by a user.
