How are existing incidents categorized?

Existing incidents are organized in the following categories.

  • Need Action: Incidents that require confirmation/rejection will appear in the “Need Action” tab of the Incident Sidebar.
  • In Progress: Confirmed incidents with ongoing activity will appear in the “In Progress” tab of the Incident Sidebar.
  • Completed: Incidents that have been completed or rejected will appear in the “Completed” tab of the Incident Sidebar.
