How to work offline?
In the event that a user loses network connectivity in the middle of their shift, our platform has the capability to function with no internet.
If there is no connectivity for more than 30 seconds, the user will see a “working offline” notification at the top of the page, next to the “live map” tab
Users will be able to see the list of all the work requests that were available before the network loss. They will also be able to see the details of the events that were available before the network loss. In addition, they will have the same capabilities that they had when they were online, performing all actions. Once connectivity is restored, all the changes that were made during the offline mode, will be updated and saved to our servers.
